Field Supervisor

  • Ensure that safety, quality, training, employee engagement, and retention are a prime focus of the business
  • Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices
  • Coach, Motivate, Develop your team of protectors
  • Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities 
  • Perform field and vehicle inspections, attend pre-bid meetings, meet with clients and work in the field with the team as needed
  • Ensure customer service issues are addressed promptly and efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service 
  • Assist in preparing daily schedules
  • Monitor daily employee issues including payroll, timekeeping, benefits, time off requests, customer issues, and training requirements
  • Facilitate teambuilding efforts and regular communications with team members

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as primary contact/first line response for team member benefit questions

  • Maintain and correct employee benefits data in UKG
  • Facilitate, and communicate monthly benefit eligibility for newly benefit eligible team members within AWP
  • Facilitate and audit monthly 401(k) deferral and loan deductions in UKG, as well as overall daily administration on the plan

  • Team member benefit education and enrollment assistance
  • Support Total Rewards Team in any on-going audits and projects as required
  • Assist with Open Enrollment process
  • Support, assist and complete benefits audits on a regular basis.
  • Assist and facilitate monthly carrier invoice billing audits
  • Set up benefits and enrollment sessions within UKGPro
  • Process enrollments in UKG and carrier portals
  • Work with and support Total Rewards team with weekly vendor EDI
  • Own administration scope of COBRA administration and premium payments with carrier
  • Develop and execute with internal payroll team any ongoing, missed premium payments to ensure accuracy with medical premium collection
  • Process Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
  • Compile, Review, and Audit, required data for annual 1094/1095- C Forms
  • Have knowledge and a working understanding of all State, PFML, FMLA, etc. as it relates to plan design, policies

The Customer Relations Manager will work to align the Statewide (AWP Safety Company) billing and collections team to ensure company standards are achieved by managing and assigning workload(s) and overseeing customer onboarding, invoicing, and assisting with account resolution to ensure timely payments. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the Supervisor and team members and collaborate with other billing and collection teams within AWP Safety to ensure billing and collection standards are being met.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training for all employees regarding processes and policies.
  • Meet and maintain collection goals and metrics on a daily and monthly basis.
