POSITION SUMMARY
The Estimator will contribute to the mission of protecting our customers’ people, business, and time by delivering excellent service and accurate information. This position will collaborate with all levels of the origination to clearly understand the projects and requirements needed to achieve deadlines. The Estimator will work with team members to deliver precise and accurate bids for assigned projects. 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Understand projects and all requirements
·       Analyze all available information to compile into a proposal estimate
·       Attend external pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work
·       Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
·       Complete proposals including bid documents, determining the project’s scope, and evaluating special conditions affecting the proposal (including site conditions, access, personnel, and equipment needs)
·       Review and clarify proposals and negotiate projects
·       Prepare estimates based on time, labor requirements, equipment costs, and specifications
·       Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions, etc.)
·       Obtain and track offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
·       Prepare preliminary schedules for all successfully awarded projects
·       Manage multiple projects estimates simultaneously
·       Contact current and potential customers in a sales capacity
·       Involved in peer mentoring and on-the-job training
·       Other duties and/or special projects as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
·       High School Diploma or GED required
·       2 or 4-year college degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
·       Minimum of 1-year construction industry experience preferred
·       Organized with an intense focus on accuracy and attention to detail
·       Problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as meticulous attention to detail
·       Ability to develop, foster, and manage customer relationships

SUMMARY

Work in a cross- functional matrixed environment including Finance, Sales, Operations & Human Resources.
Design and refine financial and operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisions, in addition to preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth private equity environment

 Excellent communication and presentation skills to successfully communicate sophisticated topics, navigate ambiguity, and influence through recommendations.
Well-versed in financial modeling, with the ability to identify key model drivers and build complex financial models, as well as operational models to forecast the future with accuracy.

Billing and Collections Manager

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Billing and Collection Manager will be responsible to develop an extraordinary relationship with our valued customers. The individual will take the lead to resolve any questions and disputes that may arise and will create a path to resolve past due balances by creating and implementing improvement process plans. Assist and manage new customers onboarding and pricing changes with the Sales department

Facilitate the reduction of delinquent accounts

POSITION SUMMARY
Develop work area traffic control plans that meet customers’ work zone and project phasing requirements as well as ascertain if permit services are required.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·       Meet with customers to develop work area traffic control plans that meet customer’s work zone and project phasing requirements as well as ascertaining if permit services are required (Long term plans using temporary striping and K-rail or short-term daily temporary traffic control plans)
·       Develop and submit quotes for plans
·       Design and draw temporary traffic control plans to current MUTCD/WATCH manual standards using AutoCAD or Rapid Plan software
·       Submit plans to City/Controlling Agencies for review and approval as required
·       Coordinate with the branch manager for permit services as required per customer
·       Attend meetings with customers and City/Controlling agencies
·       Revise plans per City/Controlling agency’s direction
·       Facilitate contact between dispatch and contractor to coordinate the implementation of the project Statewide if required
·       Submit billing for completed traffic plans
·       Manage multiple projects for timely completion meeting contractor’s schedule
·       Manage other draftsmen. Delegate projects for timely completion meeting the contractor’s schedule
·       Review and advise on traffic plan drawings from draftsmen
 
REQUIREMENTS

The Estimator will contribute to the mission of protecting our customers’ people, business, and time by delivering excellent service and accurate information. RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand projects and all requirements
Analyze all available information to compile into a proposal estimate
Attend external pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
Complete proposals including bid documents, determining the project’s scope, and evaluating special conditions affecting the proposal (including site conditions, access, personnel, and equipment needs)
Review and clarify proposals and negotiate projects
Prepare estimates based on time, labor requirements, equipment costs, and specifications
Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions, etc.)
Obtain and track offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
Prepare preliminary schedules for all successfully awarded projects
Manage multiple project estimates simultaneously
Contact current and potential customers in a sales capacity
Involved in peer mentoring and on-the-job training

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED required
2 or 4-year college degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
Minimum of 1-year construction industry experience preferred

Problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as meticulous attention to detail
