POSITION SUMMARY
As the Customer Relations Account Specialist, this role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people and time. This role will focus on (1) invoicing customers timely and accurately and (2) ensuring payments are received within the defined terms. This role is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoice assigned customers timely and accurately
Address billing questions and discrepancies timely
Verify invoice procedures and validate customer contracts
Ensure payments for assigned customers are received within terms by managing their open Accounts Receivables.
Communicate with internal and/or external customers
Collaborate with the Field to complete tasks in a timely manner
Act as a resource for other functions within AWP
Provide training and support as requested
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
A high school diploma or GED required
2-4 years AR/Billing experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology; strong math skills

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Acquisition/Disposal Administrator will manage the lifecycle of all AWP fleet motor vehicles through the administration and coordination of vendors, including the purchase, lease, aftermarket packages, and disposal of vehicles as approved by management. This includes fleet, arrow boards, and message boards.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Fleet Acquisition Tasks 
At acquisition, acquire plates, registrations, and VIN. Schedule up-fitting and delivery of the vehicle to its destination, for example. 
Implement and perform required up-fitting and administrative setup of new vehicles and equipment. 
Works AWP internal teams and outside vendors to complete installation or replacement of branding.  
Prepare supporting documentation; participate in the processes of formal and informal bids. 
Coordinate the shipment or delivery of vehicles and equipment to facilities and placed into active service 
Fleet Disposal Tasks 
Upon disposal, coordinate with leasing companies to return vehicles after un-fitting. Creatively track fleet and equipment lifecycles by scheduling precise timing for auction and the un-fitting of vehicles. 
Recommend equipment replacement based upon lifecycle analysis criteria, including age, condition, value, cost, and maintenance history. 
Coordinate and oversee fleet and equipment retirement, preparation, and disposal operations, including fleet lease turn of vehicles, online equipment auctions, and other disposal sales. 
Coordinate with leasing companies and AWP teams for pickup of leased vehicles 
Prepare detailed tracking reports of disposal sales. 

QUALIFICATIONS 
3-5 years in fleet administration  
The ability to effectively use Excel and Salesforce to update various records accurately and efficiently are critical components of this role.  
Maintaining confidentiality and sharp attention to detail are essential to the success of this position.  
Good communication skills coupled with good listening skills 
Ability to multi-task 
Sense of urgency 
Ability to work with little supervision

POSITION SUMMARY

Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices
Foster team building through leadership practices and regular communication strategies
Utilize Facility and organization data for workforce forecasting to predict staffing needs

Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging

POSITION SUMMARY
As a TCS you will work in collaboration with the Facility Manager, Project Managers, and local AWP Team to support AWP’s core values and mission to protecting our customers’ people, business, and time. AWP TCS’s review and execute temporary traffic control plans and/or standards to ensure work zones are properly installed and maintained along with coordinating and communicating with customers to ensure the safety of all workers.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·      Set up, maintain, and remove channelizing devices, and other traffic control equipment according to Federal, State, and/or Local Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines and Temporary Traffic Control Plans for complex work zones to ensure safe movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic through project locations and work zones.
·      Coordinate and communicate work activity for onsite AWP personnel including Protectors (Flaggers), TMA Drivers, and Pilot Car Operators providing breaks and overall management of work zone operations
·      Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers always maintaining a professional approach to meeting customers’ expectations
·      Control a Flagger Station by standing and controlling vehicular and pedestrian traffic using hand signals with a STOP/SLOW paddle
·      Drive Company vehicles to transport equipment, trailers, and team members to and from work sites in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. May also be required to pull lightweight trailered equipment
·      Follow all company safety procedures and practices. Notifying their supervisor of any potential safety issues or incidents
·      Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to Protectors (Flaggers)

As the Assistant Operations Manager, this role will uphold the core values and overall mission of protecting our customers’ people, business, and time. This position will have a passion for excellence, safety, and compliant operations. The Assistant Facility Manager will support safety initiatives that protect employees, customers, and assets while also supervising and managing safe work environments. The management team at AWP is instrumental in achieving success through teambuilding, employee engagement, recruiting strategies, and promoting ongoing relationships. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
Provide assistance to the Operations Manager in managing a staff of 20 or more employees 
Assist in preparing daily schedules, including validations.
Assist with daily employee issues including payroll, timekeeping, benefits, time off requests, customer issues, and training requirement 
Coach and counsel employees on policies and procedures  
Ensure safety compliance with state-specific guidelines and other regulatory agencies as it relates to the office 
Protect the company’s employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through enforcement of safe work practices 
Collaborate with project planning and implementation of safe work environments and traffic patterns in conjunction with business partners 
Develop relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities 
Provide prevention measures to reduce accidents and other safety exposures by investigating, identifying causes, and developing preventative measures and practices 
Obtain ATTSA and state-specific certifications 
Participate in the recruiting and hiring process in collaboration with Human Resources 
Provide assistance in teambuilding efforts and regular communications with team members 
Assist with facilitating safety and committee meetings  
Perform work inspections and regulatory audits 
Engage and interact with new and existing employees to ensure safe and compliant work zones 
Ensure customer service issues are addressed promptly and efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service 
Solidify AWP’s presence in the service area and identify potential opportunities for growth 
Engage and support the training of new and current employees in an effort to reduce turnover, promote efficiency and reduce labor costs 
Ability to understand and adhere to a collective bargaining agreement (if applicable) 
Become a subject matter expert in work zone setup/design and professional flagging

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION 
High School Diploma or GED completion 
2 or 4-year degree in a business-related field a plus 
1-2 years management experience of 20+ individuals  
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills 
Take initiative to build work relationships  
Contributes to the engagement and ongoing development of AWP employees 
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management systems 
Must adhere to and promote safe workplace practices 
Valid Driver’s License void of suspension or revocation 
 
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS 
The employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include the following: 
Hours of operation may vary based on staffing needs and workload 
Typical workweek may be in excess of 40 hours 
Majority of time will be in an office setting 
The position may work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, not limited to heat, cold, humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt 
Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, moving vehicles, and occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites 
Noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud  
Position may lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds  
If necessary, in the field, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions; employee lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects

Summary of Responsibilities:

Develop and post job descriptions
Promote the company s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
Strategically sourcing passive candidates through our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social media
Schedule and attend in-take meetings with hiring managers
Screening candidates for basic skills and providing a summary with the resume
Coordinate hiring manager/candidate phone interviews through Outlook
Conduct follow up meetings with new hires to discuss their onboarding and training experience
Act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers and candidates
The incumbent must learn and maintain knowledge of employment law and legislation.
A successful Recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized, detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field, or 5 years in multi-level recruiting
Experience with recruitment processes and sourcing passive candidates.
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership
Good decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
