Inside Sales- Statewide- Las Vegas



The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue and brand awareness in the industry by selling a Statewide portfolio of products, rentals, and services through public/private bids. This position is an active, hands-on role focusing on establishing new accounts, and growing existing accounts, to assist the company with meeting or exceeding sales and margin targets.



·       Conduct outgoing and inbound phone calls to prospective customers

·       Compose and send e-mail correspondence to prospective customers

·       Manage incoming e-mail correspondence and inquiries

·       Coordinate quotes for public and private bids

·       Inform customers of current promotions or special sales

·       Knowledge of all Statewide products and services

·       Compliance with all company safety standards and processes

·       Ability to collaborate with and assist the Account Manager and Branch Manager with orders and customer needs

·       Creatively work with team members on sales strategies

·       Other duties as assigned



·       Strong customer service skills and ability to qualify prospects

·       Knowledge of construction, traffic control, or infrastructure industries required

·       Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, bilingual a plus

·       Excellent computer and internet skills

·       Must be results-driven, friendly, tenacious, work independently and have a positive “make it work” attitude

·       High energy and self-motivated

·       Team focused and supportive of the company direction



The employee must be able to successfully handle the physical demands of this position, which include the following:

·       Hours of operation are typically 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., M-F

·       40-hour workweek

·       Primarily sedentary or working at a desk

·       Occasionally lift and move 10 -25 pounds

·       Proficient literacy

·       The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms
