AWP ACQUIRES ALL STATE TRAFFIC CONTROL: INVESTING FOR SAFETY, INVESTING FOR GROWTH

Press Releases, September 7, 2016

We are pleased to announce that AWP, Inc. (Area Wide Protective), has acquired All State Traffic Control, a complementary traffic control company based in Bristol, Connecticut. By merging with All State Traffic Control, AWP expands its operating footprint into its nineteenth state and further positions itself for sustainable growth.

“All State has established itself as a reputable company with strong management practices that compliment AWP’s commitment to safety and exceptional customer service,” said John Sypek, President and CEO of AWP. “AWP has focused not only on geographic expansion to better serve its customers, but also the addition of quality services and people to the AWP team. All State delivers both.”

Customers of both traffic control companies will begin seeing the advantages of increased service offerings and expanded geographic coverage derived from the acquisition in the coming weeks and months.

“With the acquisition of All State, AWP can continue to further its mission to make roads safer and protect our customers with traffic control services that are the best in the industry. Building upon our presence along the east coast further broadens our ability to offer safe, professional traffic control services to new and existing customers,” said Sypek.

We are excited to welcome the All State Traffic Control team into the AWP family. We look forward to new partnerships with new clients throughout Connecticut and the surrounding area as we continue to make roads safer together.
