AWP’S ERIC HULME TO SPEAK AT 2018 ATSSA CONFERENCE

Leadership, Safety, Memberships, ATSSA, December 7, 2017

Area Wide Protective is proud to announce that Eric A. Hulme, AWP Director of Safety, has been invited to speak at the 2018 ATSSA Convention & Traffic Expo in San Antonio, Texas. This annual event is highly regarded to those of us in the traffic control industry.

Eric will be discussing the positive impacts of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) in the work zone, as well as the challenges, with ATSSA attendees. He will share insight to how important it is to keep the ADA in mind when designing and constructing work zones. Eric will also address the improvements and successes the traffic control industry has experienced in terms of safety.

Eric currently serves as the ATSSA Ohio Chapter President, and sits on the ATSSA Ohio Chapter Board of Directors. These platforms have allowed him to participate in monumental changes in the traffic control industry. Eric recently contributed to the new ATSSA Quality Guidelines, ATSSA’s Operation & Application of Truck-Mounted Attenuators (TMAs) Training course and now looks forward to sharing his expertise at ATSSA’s biggest event, which runs January 26 – 30, 2018.

The AWP team is proud of Eric for accepting this opportunity to bring important, relevant knowledge to all our colleagues in the industry.

We look forward to seeing all of you there!
